⭐ PREORDERING = THE BEST VALUE

Ordering during the preorder window is the most affordable way to purchase your athlete’s Photo Day images and products.

Our preorder packages are specially priced for Photo Day and may include products, combinations, and upgrades that will not be available once the preorder portal closes.

So, if you already know you’d like photos, preordering is the way to go!

🛒 CAN’T PREORDER? YOU’LL STILL HAVE ANOTHER CHANCE!

We understand that sometimes the timing just doesn’t work. If you’re unable to place an order before the preorder deadline, don’t worry — a post-order gallery will be available after Photo Day images have been processed.

Please keep in mind:

Post-order pricing is higher than preorder pricing, and post-order packages are completely different from the packages offered here.

Not every print, product, package, or Photo Day special available during preordering can be offered through the post-order gallery.

Because of this, preorder packages and pricing cannot be honored after the preorder portal has closed.

📦 HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PREORDER?

Easy — we take care of the delivery!

All completed preorder packages, prints, and products are delivered together to your team’s Head Coach for distribution.

There is no individual shipping charge for preorder delivery unless specifically noted during ordering.

⏱️ WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?

Our standard turnaround time for preorder packages is approximately:

7–10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE PREORDER PORTAL CLOSES

Please note that turnaround begins when the preorder portal closes, not on the date an individual order is placed or necessarily on Photo Day.

Once the team’s orders are complete, they will be delivered to the Head Coach for distribution to athletes and families.
