All purchases made through this post-order gallery are shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout.

Post-orders are NOT delivered to the school, team, coach, or league with the original Photo Day orders. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

This one is important!

The crop shown during checkout is the crop that will be sent to print. Please carefully review EVERY item in your cart before completing your order.

Different print sizes have different shapes and aspect ratios. Because of this, changing the size of an image can significantly change its crop.

This is especially important for DESIGNED PRODUCTS such as Memory Mates, composites, graphics, and other images specifically designed for a particular print size.

For example:

An 8x10 Memory Mate is designed specifically to be printed as an 8x10.

Selecting that same design and ordering it as a 5x7, 4x6, or another size does NOT create a smaller version of the 8x10 design. The dimensions are different, so portions of the design may be cropped off.

If the ordering system shows part of the design being cut off in the crop preview, it WILL be cut off on the finished print.

🚨 MIS-CROPPED ORDERS WILL NOT BE REMADE, REFUNDED, OR REPLACED

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Rivera Imagery Sports cannot provide refunds, complimentary reprints, remakes, or replacements for products that were ordered with an incorrect size or customer-selected crop.

This includes intentionally selecting a smaller or differently proportioned print size for a product that was designed for another size.

If an 8x10 Memory Mate is ordered as a 5x7 and the preview shows portions of the design being cropped, the resulting print is considered correctly fulfilled according to the order submitted and will not qualify for a remake, refund, or replacement.

Of course, if there is an actual production error with your order, that is a different matter and we’ll be happy to help! This policy specifically applies to sizing and cropping choices made during the ordering process.
